Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Mobily in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Proactively engage with customers to upsell products and services - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize analysis and planning skills to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Independent and motivated individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analysis and planning skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online communication tools and customer service platforms - Experience in sales or upselling is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
