Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking an Online Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team in Medina, SA. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer service department to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the online customer service team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolution - Track key performance metrics and report on departmental performance to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent individual who can work well under pressure - Excellent decision-making and time management skills - Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
