Job Description:

Al Hokair Group is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Officer in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various online channels, including email, live chat, and social media. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
