Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a talented and driven Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer care and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in an online environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various online channels such as email, chat, social media, and telephone. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement customer care strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service to customers. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in online customer care. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in negotiation and strategic planning. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
