Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of adaptability and resourcefulness.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone - Providing product information and assistance with online orders - Processing returns and exchanges in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met - Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer care role, preferably in an online retail environment - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software - Team player with excellent project management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
