Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online customer service operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online customer service processes and procedures - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they meet and exceed customer service goals - Monitor online customer inquiries and issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Train and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a management role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Proven track record of improving customer service metrics - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools
