Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Mobily is seeking an Entry Level Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchasing decisions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism - Resourceful and able to work independently - Resilient and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
