Online Customer Success Assistant

Job description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Assisting customers with order processing and tracking. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Exceptional time management skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
