Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking an Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Recommend strategies to optimize the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 7. Assist with the development and implementation of customer success initiatives to support business goals. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
