Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Mecca, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. As an Associate Level employee, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with online customers to understand their needs and preferences. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance, guidance, and support. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor customer activity and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. 7. Provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback. 8. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels. 9. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and energetic individual with a passion for customer success. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of online customers.
