Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Aramco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and have excellent interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and promote products and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. - Persuasion skills and ability to problem solve. - Excellent planning and time management skills.
