Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking an Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is independent, resourceful, and looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times


Requirements: - Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize and connect with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed - Leadership skills to help guide customers through problem-solving processes - Proficiency in using online communication channels and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
