Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Panda Retail Company in Jeddah, SA. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer support processes and procedures. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as IT and Marketing to optimize the online customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve and innovate our services. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 8. Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics to management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Reliable and resourceful with excellent problem-solving abilities. 8. Demonstrated cooperation and innovation skills. 9. Equal opportunity employer.
