Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Time management and negotiation skills. 8. Must be dedicated and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
