Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Saud Consult is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to our online customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer support best practices.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of online customer support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience, including improving response times and increasing customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues proactively. 5. Train and mentor customer support representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve the effectiveness of the team. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions for all parties involved.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support in an online environment. 6. Resourceful and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 7. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Soft skills in cooperation and persuasion. 9. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
