Job Description:
As an Online Live Chat Assistant at Saudi Aramco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through the online purchasing process. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and promote products and services.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat platforms - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and promote products - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
