Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. - Proactively identify trends or patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues. - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong adaptability to changing priorities and environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
