Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a proactive and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Mecca, SA. As the Online Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online live chat platform, ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, including monitoring chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner - Train and supervise a team of online chat representatives to ensure consistency in communication and service delivery - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop chat scripts, promotional materials, and other communication strategies to drive customer engagement and sales - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the chat platform - Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of the chat platform and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
