Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company's products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
