Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are driven, creative, and skilled in strategic planning to provide exceptional support to our online operations.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various online platforms. - Assist in managing the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website content. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies. - Provide technical support to customers experiencing online issues or difficulties. - Conduct research to identify online trends and opportunities for improvement. - Assist in analyzing online performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
