Job Description:
Saudi Post is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users, handling inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. You will work closely with our online support team to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the online support database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in the development of online support resources, such as FAQs and user guides.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 4 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. - Resilient personality capable of handling challenging customer situations. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
