Job Description:
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking an Online Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for online customers and will be required to assist with any inquiries, issues, or complaints they may have. You will also be responsible for monitoring online orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with online orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues - Providing technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our online platform - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Making recommendations for process improvements to enhance the online customer experience - Keeping up to date with company policies, products, and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Motivated and hardworking with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence to effectively address customer concerns - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
