Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a motivated and independent Online Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience, the Online Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for our online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online support specialists to ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer support experience. 3. Monitor online platforms for any technical issues or bugs, and coordinate with the IT team for resolution. 4. Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the online support process. 5. Collaborate with other departments to communicate customer feedback and implement necessary changes. 6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions and common issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. At least 6 years of experience in online customer support. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
