Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize decision-making skills to assess and prioritize customer needs - Assist in project management tasks as needed - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support processes

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
