Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Support Officer to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online users. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the company's online platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Monitor online user activity and report any trends or issues to management - Update and maintain online support documentation and knowledge base - Assist in testing new features and enhancements on the online platforms - Provide feedback to the development team on user experience and interface improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online support tools - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
