Job Description:

The Online Web Chat Assistant at Jarir Marketing Company will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to communicate effectively via written messages. This position requires a high level of independence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online chat platforms. 2. Provide product information, assistance with orders, and troubleshooting support to customers. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively manage difficult customer interactions. 6. Demonstrate strong planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. 4.
