Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a skilled Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a cooperative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat systems and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required
