Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Medina, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in online chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service chat operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat agents to provide excellent customer service and support to our passengers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and efficiency of the online chat system. 3. Monitor chat sessions to ensure agents are following company guidelines and providing accurate information to customers. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to optimize the online chat platform and integrate new features. 6. Train and mentor new chat agents to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in handling customer inquiries. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service and implement new technologies and tools as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. At least 8 years of experience in online chat management or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and driven personality. 5. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
