Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing online web chat platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming web chat inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate responses - Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide recommendations or solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues in a timely manner - Monitor chat performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in online chat technology

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
