Online Web Chat Specialist

We are looking for a resourceful and motivated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Jeddah, SA. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online web chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
