Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking an Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for managing online web chat inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online web chat inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve and innovate the online web chat process - Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience with online chat platforms is a plus - People management and innovation skills are highly desirable
