Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Support Assistant to work from home in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments within the company. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who possesses excellent planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. - Provide support to different teams by handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. - Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members. - Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Previous experience in a support role is a plus, but not required.
