Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Remote Support Associate to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and internal team members, ensuring efficient and effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues remotely - Providing support to internal team members on various software and hardware issues - Collaborating with different departments to improve processes and customer service - Documenting and tracking support requests and resolutions - Participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and potential improvements - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred - Motivated and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
