Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, have strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to lead.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to various departments within the company - Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks - Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients - Help resolve customer inquiries and issues - Maintain organized records and documentation - Contribute to team meetings and projects - Handle incoming calls and emails

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities and a proactive attitude
