Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


Saud Consult is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Remote Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Ensure that all remote support requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement processes to streamline the remote support operation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Monitor and analyze remote support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalations and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and developments in the remote support industry


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remote support role - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
