Job Description:
Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support functions within the organization, ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team while also working to improve processes and drive growth within the department.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing direction and guidance as needed 2. Establish and enforce support policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams 5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on support operations and performance 6. Lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall support experience for customers 7. Train and onboard new support team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively 8. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support or related role 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software 6. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service 7. Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence 8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
