Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to team members on various tasks and projects 2. Act as a liaison between different departments within the company 3. Oversee the day-to-day operations and monitor progress towards deadlines 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity 5. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members 6. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed 7. Assist with budget planning and tracking of expenses 8. Handle any escalations or issues that may arise during projects 9. Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a similar role 2. Strong adaptability and independence 3. Excellent presentation skills 4. Proven experience in strategic planning 5. Ability to work collaboratively and independently 6. Strong organizational and time management skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
