Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate-level team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Providing feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential product improvements. 6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for helping customers. 3. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to provide leadership in challenging situations. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
