Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Support Officer to join our team and work remotely from Medina, SA. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, independent, and possesses strong persuasion and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist with technical issues and troubleshoot problems - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Provide training and support to new team members - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and independent with the ability to work effectively from home - Strong persuasion and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
