Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Representative to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Medina, SA. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is driven and adaptable, with a keen attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved - Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mentality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Fluent in Arabic and English
