Job Description:

As a Support Representative for Almarai Company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through various communication channels while working remotely from home.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. - Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the company's database. - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product functionality.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. - Driven and independent with a strong ability to work remotely. - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other technical tools. - High school diploma or equivalent.
