Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a Support Representative to work from home in Medina, SA. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Identifying and escalating priority issues to management. 4. Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required. 8. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of power and telecommunication systems is a plus.
