Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a highly motivated Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees who work remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to remote employees 3. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed 4. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve more complex technical issues 5. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions 6. Assist in setting up new remote employees with necessary technology equipment 7. Provide training and guidance to remote employees on using technology effectively 8. Stay up-to-date on technology trends and best practices in remote support

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a similar role 2. Reliable and independent personality traits 3. Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field 6. Knowledge of remote support tools and software 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
