Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers remotely, resolving any issues they may encounter with our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with United Electronics Company products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in our system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate and thorough support to customers - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 4 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and confident personality traits - Project management and strategic planning skills - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
