Support Specialist - Work from home

Job description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Support Specialist to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Medina, SA. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our system 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues 5. Assist in testing and implementing new software updates or features 6. Provide training and support to internal staff as needed 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role 3. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Hardworking and energetic personality 7. Strong planning and organizational skills 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications 9. Ability to work from home and manage time effectively
