Support Specialist - Work from home

Mobily is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team on a fulltime basis. This is a work from home position based in Jeddah, SA, with the opportunity for travel and profit sharing. We are looking for individuals who are driven and hardworking, with a strong ability to conduct research and exhibit leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat. 2. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant support.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
