Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: As a Web Chat Assistant at SABIC in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to have a strong understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively respond to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to answer questions and provide information - Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident in engaging with customers through online chat platforms - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
