Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a confident and resilient Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and payment processes. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to better assist customers. 6. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented for future reference.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales. 3. Confident and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in using web chat software and other communication tools.
