Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is vital in maintaining our strong reputation for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, account inquiries, and other related issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Assist with planning and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong analytical and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
