Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms. 2. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Identify and escalate priority issues as needed. 9. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Independent and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong analytical and communication skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer support software. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills. 8. Attention to detail and accuracy. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
